CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) has released its 2026 preseason soccer coaches' polls. The Carroll College men check in at second, and the women slot at fifth in the annual preseason vote.
Coming off back-to-back appearances in both the CCC championship match and the NAIA National Tournament, the Carroll men are once again picked near the top of the league table. The Fighting Saints sit at No. 2 in the preseason poll with 148 total points, trailing only defending CCC regular-season champion Eastern Oregon (149).
Carroll is one of four teams from the conference to appear in last year's national championship (EOU, WP, RMC), and all four teams earned at least one first-place vote in the poll. Warner Pacific, who knocked off Carroll in the CCC championship match before an extended run in the NAIA championship, led the league with five first-place votes. The Saints were one vote back at four, followed by Eastern Oregon with three, and Rocky with one first-place vote.
