A private landowner, Irving Weissman, has applied for a private fish pond license for a pond located in Hamilton. The applicant previously had a license to plant rainbow trout in the pond for personal use and enjoyment but mistakenly allowed the license to expire. The applicant is seeking to relicense this pond to plant rainbow trout.
